Created in 1958 by Don Mansfield, Mansfield Material Handling has been and will continue to provide an extensive variety of products for your industrial needs. The company has expanded over the years and now sells items from just about every product category imaginable. Shipping Information:

General Information -

We ship to the 48 contiguous states, but can ship to other locations as well. If you are not located in these 48 states, please contact us and we will try to work something out. If you are in another country, always contact us before you purchase an item so we can look into shipping for you.

Shipment Type -

Many items are shipped Ground Service via FedEx or UPS. If you need the item more quickly, we can work out a deal for another shipping method. A variety of products are sent freight so please contact us for a shipping quote and lead time. Local pick-up is an option.

Shipping Time -

We prepare and ship our products as quickly as possible, usually within three days of payment. The shipping time is generally 7-10 days. When shipping time is different, we will try to provide a lead time on the item description. We will send a tracking number to update you on the status of your item.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Return Policy -

The return policy differs for items throughout our store so please read and understand the policy on the particular item that you intend to buy before you purchase it. For items in which returns are accepted, we require you to contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to notify us that you intend to return it. If you do not, then we assume all is well. Some exceptions may occur.

Damages From Shipping -

If an item is damaged from shipping, it must be claimed with the carrier. We are not responsible for items damaged by the carrier. Please be sure that you inspect the package upon arrival so that you don't get stuck with a broken or damaged product.

Manufacturer Flaws -

If you receive a product which has no packaging problems yet is damaged or flawed, please contact us and we will give you instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send the item back immediately. We need to work out the details first. In most cases, we require photos of the flawed product.

Cancellations -

If you would like to cancel a purchase, please contact us promptly and notify us of your intent. We know that sometimes a buyer will bid on multiple items in hopes of winning just one and then they get stuck with two. At times people will also change their minds about their purchase and we do not want to discourage you from shopping at our store. Cancellations are accepted, but only before the item has been shipped. Once it is out of our hands, then we will not accept cancellations. Contact us for discrepancies.

Return Costs -

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.We will pay for return shipping only in particular instances. We will Not pay for return shipping if the item is damaged due to the carrier, if you decide you don't want the item, if you neglected to understand the listing (always contact us if you have questions), or if the item is damaged by you. We Will pay if we ship you the wrong item and in other particular cases.
